We focus on Emergency Departments with an annual volume of between five and fifteen thousand encounters per year. These are generally Critical Access facilities with limited on-sight specialty consultants. They have the potential for developing highly efficient systems to create an effective continuum of care with outside resources.

In each community we seek to form a team of physicians who serve as the catalyst for that continuum.

This job goes beyond simply being a "good" doctor. You will be expected to:
