We offer two forms of contracts:

Full time employment

• Seven 24-hour shifts are guaranteed and expected each month. More shifts as available and only if desired.
  
• Payroll taxes managed for you. W2 issued at year-end.
  

Part time contractors

• Higher up-front wages
• No minimum number of shifts
• No guaranteed number of shifts
• No payroll tax management. 1099 issued at year-end.

All employees are provided;
