We offer two forms of contracts:Full time employment - Seven 24-hour shifts are guaranteed and expected each month. More shifts as available and only if desired.
- Payroll taxes managed for you. W2 issued at year-end.
Part time contractors - Higher up-front wages
- No minimum number of shifts
- No guaranteed number of shifts
- No payroll tax management. 1099 issued at year-end.
